Both took matters into their own hands when conventional medicine wasn't able to properly, or even partially, relieve their symptoms. Their journeys to becoming their own nutritional experts have enabled both Anoushka and Kay to discover that their food choices were affecting their gut and nervous systems, leading not only to serious physical conditions of the body, but also contributing to brain fog, immense anxiety and other debilitating emotional concerns.
